As the second owners in the past 35 years, we take pride in our facility

Lakeview is conveniently located on Main Street in close proximity to restaurants, fun & unique shops, Sauble Fun World amusements, coffee shops, banking, groceries, etc. and is an easy walk to all the amenities
which Sauble has to offer.....an 8 minute walk to the main beach & the closest accomodations to the community centre & amusement park! Our facility provides a choice of eleven motel units ........most with two double beds, two units with one queen bed each, as well as four two-bedroom condo style cottages. Lakeview Motel & Cottages offers you the best of both worlds.....close proximity to everything you will require during your visit, and the opportunity to relax in the peace & quiet of our private facility. Our large yard at the rear of the property, edged with mature maples and home to several hosta gardens, is where you'll find the following amenities, all included in our rates:

Amenities at our facility are provided for registered guests only, therefore no visitors are permitted at any time during your stay.
Lakeview is open from May to October and during the peak time period of July & August, reservations are highly recommended for the motel and for the cottages, early booking is necessary. Our facility is CAA inspected, approved and listed in their directory. CAA rates offered in off season only.
