Our resort motel has been accommodating visitors to Sauble Beach for over fifty years. As the second owners in the past 38 years, we take pride in our facility and continue to ensure our guests have modern, clean and comfortable accommodations. Many of our regular guests refer to Lakeview as their “home away from home”. Combining quality accommodations with the #1 beach in Ontario (ranked as one of the top ten beaches in Canada & a designated "Blue Flag" beach), we’re sure you will have a memorable stay! Our facility is CAA inspected, approved and listed in their directory. CAA rates offered in off season only.
Lakeview is conveniently located on Main Street in close proximity to restaurants, groceries, Sauble Fun World amusements, coffee shops, fun & unique shopping, banking, etc. and is an easy walk to all the amenities which Sauble has to offer.....an 8 minute walk to the main beach & the closest accommodations to the community centre & amusement park! Our facility provides a choice of eleven motel units .......most with two double beds; two units with one queen bed each, as well as four two-bedroom condo style cottages. Lakeview Motel & Cottages offers you the best of both worlds.....close proximity to everything you will require during your visit, and the opportunity to relax in the peace & quiet of our private facility. The large yard at the rear of the property is edged with mature maples and home to several hosta gardens......the perfect combination of sun and shade. Lakeview is family owned and caters to families and couples. We endeavour to provide a stress free and relaxing vacation for our guests......just let us know if you are visiting for a special occasion and we will gladly assist with additional reservations or special requests. All units are ground floor and most units are wheelchair accessible, the entire property is easily traversed by wheelchair.
**Lakeview is open from May to October. During the peak time period of July & August, reservations
are highly recommended for the motel and for the cottages, early booking is necessary**
