Our four clean, fully equipped two-bedroom cottages are joined condo-style, each with an outdoor deck and patio furniture. We are the ONLY family oriented, two bedroom cottage facility at Sauble Beach where you can bring your family & have the benefit of a full resort facility with heated pool, hot tub, etc. !!

All cottage units are equipped with the following:
Two bedrooms, each with one double bed & dresser
Full kitchens with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery
Four piece bath with tub & shower
Living room with either futon or pull out couch
*NEW* LCD HD television with satellite movie channel
Air conditioning & heaters
**Guests are required to provide all bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), kitchen & bathroom towels, toiletries, dishsoap, kitchen garbage bags, toilet tissue, etc.**
All cottages are non-smoking, smoking outdoors only.
Cottage guests are welcome to use the barbeques & picnic tables.
Cottage units and the amenities at this facility are provided for registered guests only, therefore, no visitors are permitted during your stay.
Call or email for discounted off season rates. In the off season,
cottages may be rented nightly with a two night minimum, based
upon availability.
Cottage Rates:
July & August: $925 - $1195 + HST per week
May/June/Sept/Oct: Call for weekly or nightly
off season rates
Cottages accommodate one family of 5.... rates are based on 2 adults & include up to 3 children 17 and under. Any extra person must be
pre-approved by management and an additional weekly charge will apply.
Cottages must be pre-booked in advance by telephone with a deposit of 50% due within 7 business days of booking. The balance is due at check-in. A cash or credit card deposit is required for all cottage rentals.
Cottages rent from Saturday to Saturday only...check-in is 3 pm at the earliest, check-out is 10 am (no exceptions).
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of date of arrival. If over 45 days, a $50.00 office charge will apply.
